Ingredients
- Sear fish cubes - 100g
- Shredded ginger - 10g
- Sliced shallots - 15g
- Sliced green chillies - 8g
- Curry leaves - 5g
- Coconut oil - 30ml
- Turmeric powder - 15g
- Coconut milk (first extract) - 200ml
- Lemon juice - 10ml
- Salt -To taste
Directions
- Marinate the fish cube with turmeric, salt and lemon juice.
- Heat coconut oil and put all together(Shredded ginger, sliced Shallots, sliced green chilies and curry leaves)
- Saute it for a while and then add the marinated fish cubes.
- Put some lemon juice.
- Now carefully add the coconut milk, making sure that it does not get curdled.
- Let the fish cook and check for seasoning.
- Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot
