Ingredients
- Boneless chicken - 200 gms
- Oil - 30 ml
- Ghee - 30 ml
- Cinnamon - 4 g
- Cardamon - 4 g
- Cloves - 4 g
- Bay leaf - 4 g
- Marati Mooku - 4 g
- Star Anise - 4 g
- Onion cubes - 50 gms
- Tomato - 1 no
- Saunf - 8 g
- Green chillies - 8-10 nos
- Mint leaves - 20 g
- Coconut - 1 no
- Saunf powder - 5 g
- Yogurt - 20 ml
- Ginger Garlic paste - 10 g
Directions
- Firstly make a fine paste of coconut, green chili (1no) and saunf.
- Take oil and ghee together in a hand.
- Add all the dry spices i.e. Cinnamon, Cardamon, cloves, Bay leaf, Marati mooku, Star anise and then the saunf.
- Now put onion cubes, green chilies slit and then ginger garlic paste, curd and chopped mint leaves.
- Sweat the onions nicely and then add the chicken.
- Saute it and then add the coconut paste later saunf powder.
- Add some water and let the cook.
- Finally put tomato cubes and again cook it for 5 mins.
- Check for seasoning, garnish with freshly chopped mint leaves.
