Ingredient
- 5 grams chillipowder
- 1 piece chopped chilles
- 1 springs coriander leaves
- 10 grams coriander pdr
- 1 springs curry leaves
- 4 piece fish
- 10 grams Ginger garlic paste
- 5 piece lemon Juice
- 10 ml oil
- 1 pinch turmeric
Directions
- marinate fish with all the ingredients as shown
- sprinkle little flour to to make all spices stick to the fish
- and cook on medium heat on a flat top griddle
- serve hot
