Fish Fry



Ingredient
  • 5 grams chillipowder
  • 1 piece chopped chilles
  • 1 springs coriander leaves
  • 10 grams coriander pdr
  • 1 springs curry leaves
  • 4 piece fish
  • 10 grams Ginger garlic paste
  • 5 piece lemon Juice
  • 10 ml oil
  • 1 pinch turmeric
Directions
  • marinate fish with all the ingredients as shown
  • sprinkle little flour to to make all spices stick to the fish
  • and cook on medium heat on a flat top griddle
  • serve hot
