Coconut Ladoo



Ingredients:
  • Coconut grated -1 no
  • Condensed milk - 400 gm -1 tin
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch
Directions:
  • Roast the grated coconut in ghee after 2 mins add the condensed milk and cook for a few mins till the mixture becomes thick and sticky. Add the cardamom powder and mix well. Cool the mixture and make balls. Roll the balls in fresh grated coconut and serve.
