Ingredients
- Cauliflower- 1 medium cut into small florets
- Onions chopped - 2
- Green chilli - 1
- Tomatoes chopped – 2 Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsps
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Chili powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander powder
- Oil
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves
- Saunf – 1/2 tsp
Directions
- Half boil the florets in hot water strain and keep aside.
- In a sauce pan pour some oil and add the saunf, onions, chili, curry leaves and sauté till transparent.
- Then add the tomatoes and the ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Now add the florets, the chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder and mix well.
- Pour a little water to cook the florets. Cook till the water evaporates and the consistency reduces. Garnish with coriander leaves.
