Cauliflower Masala



Ingredients
  • Cauliflower- 1 medium cut into small florets
  • Onions chopped - 2
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Tomatoes chopped – 2 Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsps
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves
  • Saunf – 1/2 tsp
Directions
  • Half boil the florets in hot water strain and keep aside.
  • In a sauce pan pour some oil and add the saunf, onions, chili, curry leaves and sauté till transparent.
  • Then add the tomatoes and the ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Now add the florets, the chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder and mix well.
  • Pour a little water to cook the florets. Cook till the water evaporates and the consistency reduces. Garnish with coriander leaves.
