Allepy Fish Curry



Ingredients
  • Sear Fish cubes - 200 gm
  • Coconut Oil - 40 ml
  • Green chillies - 4 to 6 nos
  • Sambar Onion(Sliced) - 50 gm
  • Ginger Jullienes - 10 gm
  • Curry leaves - 5 gm
  • Raw Mango - 1/2 no
  • Turmeric powder - 6 gm
  • Red Chilli powder - 20 gm
  • Coconut Milk(first extract milk) - 200 ml
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  • Heat coconut oil in a handi.
  • Add all together-Sliced sambar onions,slit green chillies, ginger juliennes, curry leaves, pealed raw mango cubes.
  • Saute it till the onions gets translucent and the mango gets mashed.
  • Now put turmeric powder and chilli powder.
  • Add salt and water and let the spices get cooked in slow flame.
  • Add the coconut milk and again let it cook for 5 mins.
  • Slowly drop the fish cubes in the gravy and let the fish gets cooked.
  • Finally garnish ginger juliennes and fried curry leaves and serve hot.
