Ingredients
- Rice ada-200g
- Black jaggery-250g
- Cardamom powder-5g
- Dry ginger powder-5g
- Coconut milk-50ml
- Whole green cardamom-2-3nos
Directions
- Soak rice ada in water over night or at least for 4-5hrs in warm water.
- After soaking,cook the rice ada.Drain the rice and cook again with fresh water, on slow flame.
- In a separate handi melt the jaggery with very little water and make a nice syrup.
- Strain jaggery water and keep aside.
- Once the rice ada is cooked and becomes soft add the jaggery syrup and mix well.
- Add some coconut milk according to the sweetness and consistency of the pradamon
- Finally put the cardamom and dry ginger powder and mix well.
- Garnish with some sliced green cardamom and serve.
