Ingredients
  • Rice ada-200g
  • Black jaggery-250g
  • Cardamom powder-5g
  • Dry ginger powder-5g
  • Coconut milk-50ml
  • Whole green cardamom-2-3nos
Directions
  • Soak rice ada in water over night or at least for 4-5hrs in warm water.
  • After soaking,cook the rice ada.Drain the rice and cook again with fresh water, on slow flame.
  • In a separate handi melt the jaggery with very little water and make a nice syrup.
  • Strain jaggery water and keep aside.
  • Once the rice ada is cooked and becomes soft add the jaggery syrup and mix well.
  • Add some coconut milk according to the sweetness and consistency of the pradamon
  • Finally put the cardamom and dry ginger powder and mix well.
  • Garnish with some sliced green cardamom and serve.
