Ingredient
- 1/2 tsp chilli pdr
- 5 grams coriander pdr
- 5 grams cumin pdr
- 1 piece garlic
- 2 pint green chillies
- 1 pinch hing
- 1 tsp jeera
- 1 taste little fenugreek (methi) seeds
- 1 pinch medium sized tomato
- 2 grams Mustard
- 1 Small onion optional
- 3/4 tsp peppers
- 2 numbers red chillis
- 1 To taste salt
- 1/4 tsp tamarind paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp urad dal
Directions
- put water on stove
- add all ingredients and bring it to boil (except tadka items
- make a good tadka with groung masala and top it on rasam and simmer
- Your rasam is ready.
