Ingredient
  • 1/2 tsp chilli pdr
  • 5 grams coriander pdr
  • 5 grams cumin pdr
  • 1 piece garlic
  • 2 pint green chillies
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 taste little fenugreek (methi) seeds
  • 1 pinch medium sized tomato
  • 2 grams Mustard
  • 1 Small onion optional
  • 3/4 tsp peppers
  • 2 numbers red chillis
  • 1 To taste salt
  • 1/4 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp urad dal
Directions
  • put water on stove
  • add all ingredients and bring it to boil (except tadka items
  • make a good tadka with groung masala and top it on rasam and simmer
  • Your rasam is ready.
