Chicken Biryani



Ingredient
  • Chicken 1000 grams
  • coriander leaves 35 grams
  • Garlic Paste to taste
  • Ginger Paste to taste
  • Fresh Mint Leaves bunch
  • Lemon Juice 3 numbers
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Basmathi Rice 1000 grams
  • Plain Yogurt 1 Cup
  • gr chillies 1500 grams
  • Cardamom ,cloves,cinnamon mace,bayleaf,black cardamom 6 numbers
  • fried onions 2 numbers
  • Clarified Butter (Ghee) or oil 2 Cup
  • Yellow Food Color
  • safron turmeric
  • corinade pdr
  • cumin pdr
  • Salt to taste
  • peppercorns
Directions
  • Wash chicken pieces with cold water and drain well. mix together ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder,turmeric ,peppercorn all other spices,powders and herb . Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture and set aside for 30 minutes.
  • put it in a deep pot.
  • Boil rice in water in a large pot until rice is half done and drain. sread the rice on top of chicken in a heavy pot
  • Place pot on a hot tava or griddle and let cook on high heat for first 5-10 min , medium heat 10 min low heat for 15 minutes. Finally remove from heat; fluff rice and serve.
