Ingredients
- Mutton cubes - 100 g
- Oil - 20 ml
- Cinnamon - 4 g
- Cardamom - 4 g
- Cloves - 4 g
- Saunf - 5 g
- Chopped onions - 30 g
- Gongura leaves(Sour leaves) - 60 g
- Tomatoes - 15 g
- Turmeric powder - 8 g
- Chili powder - 12 g
- Dhaniya powder - 16 g
- Ginger garlic paste - 5 g
- Garam masala powder - To sprinkle
Directions
- Heat oil in a handi, add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and saunf.
- Once the saunf crackles add the chopped onions.
- Saute it for a while and then add the Ginger garlic paste.
- Saute nicely and add chopped tomatoes.
- Add the turmeric powder, chili powder and dhaniya powder.
- Now put the mutton cubes, sauté it and add water and cover.
- Remove the lid after 15 - 20 mins.
- Once the mutton is half cooked add the gongura leaves.
- Add cook till the mutton is cooked fully.
- Check for the seasoning, sprinkle garam masala powder on top and serve hot.
