Ingredients
  • Tomatoes - 50 gm
  • Basmati rice - 100 gm
  • Onions - 20 gm
  • Ghee - 30 ml
  • Saunf - 8 gm
  • Split Cashew nuts - 10 gm
  • Sliced Green chillies - 10 gm
  • Ginger juliennes - 10 gm
  • Bayleaf - 5 gm
  • Turmeric powder - 8 gm
  • Chilli powder - 15 gm
  • Salt to taste
Directions
  • Boil rice separately and keep aside.
  • Heat ghee in a kadai add saunf, bay leaf, split cashew nuts, ginger juliennes, slice green chillies and sliced onions.
  • Saute it nicely and then add tomatoes.
  • Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.
  • Put boiled rice and mix it gently.
  • Check for seasoning and serve hot.
