Ingredients
- Carrots - 20g
- French beans - 20g
- Potatoes - 20g
- Coconut oil - 30g
- Cinnamon - 5g
- Cardamom - 5g
- Cloves - 5g
- Ginger juliennes - 10g
- Sliced onions - 15g
- Curry leaves - 10g
- Sliced green chilies - 8g
- Coconut milk(first extract) - 100ml
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Cut potatoes in to cubes, carrot and beans in to batons.
- Blanch them separately and keep aside.
- Heat coconut oil in handi and the cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
- Now add the Ginger juliennes, sliced onions, sliced green chilies and curry leaves.
- Sweat the onions and add the vegetables.
- Now add the first extract milk and cook the stew for some time
- Check for seasoning garnish with curry leaves and serve hot.
