Ingredients
- Sear Fish cubes - 200 gm
- Coconut Oil - 40 ml
- Green chillies - 4 to 6 nos
- Sambar Onion(Sliced) - 50 gm
- Ginger Jullienes - 10 gm
- Curry leaves - 5 gm
- Raw Mango - 1/2 no
- Turmeric powder - 6 gm
- Red Chilli powder - 20 gm
- Coconut Milk(first extract milk) - 200 ml
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Heat coconut oil in a handi.
- Add all together-Sliced sambar onions,slit green chillies, ginger juliennes, curry leaves, pealed raw mango cubes.
- Saute it till the onions gets translucent and the mango gets mashed.
- Now put turmeric powder and chilli powder.
- Add salt and water and let the spices get cooked in slow flame.
- Add the coconut milk and again let it cook for 5 mins.
- Slowly drop the fish cubes in the gravy and let the fish gets cooked.
- Finally garnish ginger juliennes and fried curry leaves and serve hot.
