Ingredients
- Chopped pineapple-20g
- Rawa(Semolina)-50g
- Ghee-40ml
- Sugar-80g
- Water-80g
- Lemon yellow colour-2g
- Pineapple essence-1g
- Cashewnuts-5g
- Raisins-5g
- Cardamom powder-4g
- Kesar powder
Directions
- Broil off Rawa (Semolina) and put it aside.
- Shallow fry Cashew nuts until golden, then add Raisins, in Ghee.
- Add double the amount of Water, to the ratio of Rawa.
- Add chopped Pineapple, pounded Cardamom, Sugar, Kesar powder and Pineapple essence.
- When sterts to boil, add Rawa making sure it dosen't make lumps.
- Cook it stirring vigourously.
- Garnish with crushed Cashew nut and Ghee.
