Ingredients
- Sear fish fillet – 4-5 pieces
- Chilli powder- 2 tsps
- Turmeric powder –1/2 - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger and garlic paste- 2 tsp
- Curd- 1tbsp
- Beasan flour – 2 tsps
- Pepper –1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Directions:
Make a paste of all the ingredients and smear it on the fish fillets on both sides. Marinate it for about an hour before frying in oil. Serve hot.
