Fish Fry



Ingredients
  • Sear fish fillet – 4-5 pieces
  • Chilli powder- 2 tsps
  • Turmeric powder –1/2 - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger and garlic paste- 2 tsp
  • Curd- 1tbsp
  • Beasan flour – 2 tsps
  • Pepper –1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
Directions:

Make a paste of all the ingredients and smear it on the fish fillets on both sides. Marinate it for about an hour before frying in oil. Serve hot.
