Ingredients
  • Sear fish cubes - 100g
  • Shredded ginger - 10g
  • Sliced shallots - 15g
  • Sliced green chillies - 8g
  • Curry leaves - 5g
  • Coconut oil - 30ml
  • Turmeric powder - 15g
  • Coconut milk (first extract) - 200ml
  • Lemon juice - 10ml
  • Salt -To taste
Directions
  • Marinate the fish cube with turmeric, salt and lemon juice.
  • Heat coconut oil and put all together(Shredded ginger, sliced Shallots, sliced green chilies and curry leaves)
  • Saute it for a while and then add the marinated fish cubes.
  • Put some lemon juice.
  • Now carefully add the coconut milk, making sure that it does not get curdled.
  • Let the fish cook and check for seasoning.
  • Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot
