Ingredients
  • Chicken -1 kg cut to pieces
  • Egg-1
  • Corn flour -1 tsp
  • Maida- 3 tsp
  • Beasan flour- 3 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice about 2 tbsp
  • Ginger and garlic paste- 3 tbsp
  • Color powder (optional) a pinch
Directions
  • First marinate the chicken by adding all the ingredients to the chicken mix it well so that the pieces are well coated with the marinade. Allow it to marinate for about 2-3 hrs. Then deep fry in oil until done. Serve hot.
