Ingredcients:
Takkalli - 4
Corn flour - 2 spoons
Salt
Pepper powder
Bread - 1 slice
Ghee - half spoon
Corriander leaves
Method:
Cut bread into pieces and fry this in ghee and set aside
Wash and boil tomato.
When it is boiled peel and again cook
in a cup of water by smashing well in between.
(or can be grinded well after peeling and cook again)
When it is cooked take corn flour in 3 spoons of water
and mix like batter.
Add this batter with boiling tomato and stir for 2 minutes
and take out from heat.
Add bread pieces with that.
Decorate this with Corriander leaves
Serve this in a bowl by keeping pepper powder and salt
aside so that it can be used according to taste.
