Ingredients
Tav : 2
Small onion : 12
Gingelly oil or chinese sesame oil : 1 tsp
White pepper powder : 1tsp
Garlic : 3 pods
Cauliflower ( cut ) : ¼ cup
Carrot : ¼ cup
Celery : ¼ cup
Vegetable stock : 4 cups
Salt : as needed
Pepper powder : as needed
Curry leaves : ¼ cup
Coriander leaves ( cut ) : ¼ cup
Oil : 1 tbsp
Method
Vegetable stock
Clean ponnanganni keerai, manathakkali keerai or sirukeerai thandu and cook.
Strain the juice.
Boil any type of vegetable with this to prepare stock.
Add vegetables, thav to stock and parboil the vegetables.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add garlic, onion and fry.
Add this to vegetable stock.
Add salt and pepper powder.
