Chicken Kalli Miri Recipe

 

CHICKEN KALLI MIRI

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

*   Chicken               -       1kg

*   Onion                  -       medium size

*   Tomato                -       2medium size

*   Coriander            -       eave 1 bunch

*   Green Chili         -       2 Pcs

*   Black Pepper      -       2 tbsp

*   Gram Masala      -       1tsp

*   Ginger Garlic      -       2 tsp paste

*   Curry leaves       -       1or4 leaves

*   Oil                       -       tbsp

*   Salt                     -       to taste

*   Turmeric             -       1tsp powder

 

INGREDIENT TO GRIND:

*   Coriander, Onion, Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Black Pepper, Gram Masala, and Curry leaves.

*   Grind in fine paste and keep aside.

 

METHOD TO COOK:

*   Take a pressure cooker, heat the oil.

*   Pour grinded Masala and cook for few minutes until the aroma comes.

*   Pour the chicken and mix well for few minutes.

*   Add the left over ingredient i.e., salt, turmeric, ginger garlic.

*   Add the 1 cup of water and close the cooker lid with 3 whistles.

*      Serve with Chapatti, Pori, or Rice.
