CHICKEN KALLI MIRI
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 1kg
Onion - medium size
Tomato - 2medium size
Coriander - eave 1 bunch
Green Chili - 2 Pcs
Black Pepper - 2 tbsp
Gram Masala - 1tsp
Ginger Garlic - 2 tsp paste
Curry leaves - 1or4 leaves
Oil - tbsp
Salt - to taste
Turmeric - 1tsp powder
INGREDIENT TO GRIND:
Coriander, Onion, Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Black Pepper, Gram Masala, and Curry leaves.
Grind in fine paste and keep aside.
METHOD TO COOK:
Take a pressure cooker, heat the oil.
Pour grinded Masala and cook for few minutes until the aroma comes.
Pour the chicken and mix well for few minutes.
Add the left over ingredient i.e., salt, turmeric, ginger garlic.
Add the 1 cup of water and close the cooker lid with 3 whistles.
Serve with Chapatti,
