About two months back we went to one of our friend's house for lunch and we ate this delicious icecream which is very easy to make.

Mango Icecream - recipe by Sherly Isaac

Here is the recipe:
1 tin (30 oz)  Mango Kaser pulp  ( you can use mango pulp instead)
1 tin (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (8 oz.) Whipped Cream ( you can use heavy cream and whip it over ice cubes)
Nuts (Optional)

Mix  Mango pulp, Condensed milk, whipped cream and beat well until all are incorporated.  Add nuts and mix well.  Put it in freezer for 8-10 hrs.  or until it sets.  Enjoy delicious ice cream.
