Mango Coconut Chutney Recipe
I think this is the simplest and easiest chutney I have ever made. I tasted it when I recently went to my village and picked the recipe from there. Grate the raw mango. Grate coconut. Add one cup grated mango to 3 cup grated coconut. Mix it. Add salt, chilli powder, a pinch of tumeric powder, a pinch of powdered mustard and powdered methi. Again mix it thoroughly. No need of grinding. Heat two spoon of oil for seasoning. Add mustard and cummin ( curry leaves optional). As the mustard splutter add it into the mix. The chutney is ready. The sourness of the raw mango is made less by the coconut. Keep it in fridge and use it for a week.Try it today and let me know.
