This is a quick and super simple recipe.Stir fry in a teaspoon of oil bengal gram, urad dhal,mustard,red chiilies until reddish brown.To this add rice flour and small pieces of  coconut.Add some water to make balls and steam the balls for 5-7 minutes until they cook.Serve hot.Its a healthy  snack!
