Ingredients:
1 cup - short macaroni
250 g - cooked chicken breast, shredded
150 g - button mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp - olive oil
2 tsp - garlic, minced
½ tsp - dried basil, oregano and thyme, each
1 tsp - chili flakes
2 tbsp - lime juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste



Method:
  1. Cook macaroni, drain, rinse with cold water and toss with 2 tsp of oil.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan. Fry garlic till fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and sauté lightly.
  4. Sprinkle with herbs and chili flakes, mix well and remove from heat. Leave aside to cool.
  5. Combine chicken breast with macaroni and mushroom mixture.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Add lime juice. Serve chilled.

ingredients:button mushrooms;200 gms.
green chilly preppers;100gms
baby corns;100gms
salt,soy sauce, pepper powder,coconut oil(oil is bad for the heart when it is heated above 160*centigrade,so any oil is equally good or bad,depends on how you use it)
heat a thck bottom pan,add 30ml oil add chopped chillies saute for 5 minutes,add baby corn,chopped ,now add a teaspoon of salt, fry for 5 mnts and add the chopped mushrooms saute for another 5 minutes.now add a teaspoon of pepper powder and two teaspoons of soy sauce,stirr for 2 minutes over medium heat.
remove to a serving dish. goes well with rice or rotis
