How to make:
Take half of the ghee in a kadai, the bottom should be thick, and on low flame fry the split cashew nuts till they turn golden colour.Remove and keep the fried cashew nuts aside.Add a little more ghee in the kadai, fry the suji rava in the ghee till the rava gives out flavour and turns colour.Keep the fried rava aside.Take  three cups water in the kadai.when the water starts boiling lower the flame,in one table spoon of milk add the kesar powder mix it well, add to the water. Now add the fried rava to the boiling water slowly .The rava will get cooked fast since it has been fried. Now add the sugar to the cooked rava slowly, see that lumps are not formed.Add the remaining ghee to the kesari thus made, add the cardamom powder, mix well.Take the kesari in a dish, decorate it with the cashewnuts, fried,or simply mix the cashew nuts.
