This type of raita is extremely popular for parties as it gives a lovely colour and tastes awesome !
INGREDIENTS
1 small beetroot
2 cups of yoghurt
half tsp chilli powder
1tsp jeera powder
fresh copped coriander
salt
Boil beetroot with salt and cool it.
Add roasted jeera powder with some black pepper . Gring it in a mixie and add it to the curd with fresh coriander and salt ot taste.
Serve chiiled.
