120 ml - Pine apple juice
10 ml - Coconut / Vanilla ice cream
60 ml - White rum
Method-
1. Pour pine-apple juice in mixer. 2. Add coconut / vanilla ice cream to it. 3. Then add rum to it. 4. Blend the mixture well. 5. Pour it into a tall glass. 6. Add a scoop of ice cream over it. 7. Garnish with a pine-apple slice. 8. Serve it.
