Parched Rice Milk

Ingredients:

parched rice -   1 bowl
milk            2 bowls
sugar   to taste
or
conserve of roses   or rose  sherbat

Method:
1. wash  and soak parched rice (10 min)
2. Drained water and keep in fridge
3. while serving   add   sugar  or  conserve of roses  or   rose    sherbat   in milk  with parched rice

good    in   heat
