Paneer Mushroom Masala Recipe

Ingredients

Mushroom :250 gm
Paneer : 250 gm
Onion ( big ) :100 gm   
Tomato : 50 gm
Coriander leaves : a little
Poppy seeds : 50 gm   
Cashew :    25 gm   
Ghee : 100 gm   
Oil : 200 gm   
Butter : 50 gm   
Cardamom : 4
Cloves : 4
Cinnamon : a little
Cornflour : a little
Chilli Powder : 2 tsp
Coriander Powder  : 2 tsp
Garam masala powder :a little
Tomato sauce  :a little
Chilli sauce : a little
Salt : as needed

Method

Cut onion and grind to a paste.
Cut Tomato and puree.
Grind cashew and poppy seeds to a paste.   
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Fry paneer and when golden, remove and set aside.
Wash the mushroom.
Mix with cornflour, sauce and salt.
Fry them in oil and set aside.
Heat ghee in another frying pan.
Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and when they splutter add onion paste and fry.
Add tomato puree and allow the contents to boil.
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, cashew and poppy seeds paste.
Let the contents boil well.   
Add paneer, mushroom and stir well.
Add butter, garam masala powder, coriander leaves.
Let it boil for a few minutes and remove from stove.
