Ingredients
Mixed vegetable : 1 cup ( cut finely)
( beans carrot cabbage )
Noodles : 1/3 cup
Spring onion : 3 (cut )
Salt : as needed
Pepper powder : as needed
Ajinomoto : a pinch
Soya sauce : ¼ tsp
Vinegar : ¼ tsp
Vegetable stock : 3 cups
Method
Set microwave to high power.
Mix noodles with 1½ cups water and keep it in the oven for 2 - 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven, strain excess water.
Pour cold water on the noodles. ( this prevents noodles sticking together )
Set microwave to high power.
In a vessel, mix cut vegetables, spring onion, vinegar and keep it in the oven for 4 - 6 minutes.
Add noodles, stock, soya sauce, ajinomoto and keep it in the oven for 2 - 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven, add vinegar, salt, pepper powder and serve when hot.
Tips
To prepare vegetable stock :
Set microwave to high power.
In a vessel, mix finely cut peas, carrot, apple, cauliflower, onion, Briyani leaf, ginger garlic paste, water as needed.
Close it with a lid and keep it in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
Stir the contents in between.
Strain, store it in the fridge and use when needed.
