Luchi Recipe

Ingredients:

Maida - 2 cups
Semolina (suji) - 1 cup
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep - frying


Method :

1. Mix maida, suji, salt and 2 tbsp oil and knead to a soft dough.
2. Mix rice flour and 2 tbsp oil and keep aside.
3. Roll out the maida flour into a thick round.
4. Spread the rice flour and oil mixture over it and make a roll again.
5. Divide into 25 - 30 portions and roll out thin round puris.
6. Deep fry in hot oil. Serve with curry or vegetable sag or Bombay chutney.
