THIS  IS A LOVELY DIGESTIVE RECIPE FOR MAKING AT HOME. iT HELPS IN DIGESTION/LACK OF HUNGER IN CHILDREN/SORE THROATS & IS A NATURAL STOMACH CLEANSER 

ingredients :

### 1 kg fresh green amalas
###1/2 kg normal ginger/or yellow ginger 
###300 gms sugar
###150 gms powdered sugar  

wash  both the ginger & amala thoroughly in clean water. crush both in a grinder seperately .Add 1/2 kg of sugar & thoroghly mix on a big plate. Put the plate to dry in intense sun for about a week to 15 days. By then it will turn brown in colour.Store in  an airt-ight jar & sprinkle powdered sugar on top & shake well.When drying in sun shake & mix the mixture at least 2 times a day. Avoid dusty- places,or cover wz a fine thin muslin cloth before putting to dry!

enjoy these 2 pinches of churan 4 times a day  (before your  morning & evening meals ) & be healthy & constipation free !!!!
