Ingredients:
Capsicum-100g (chopped)
onion - 2(finely chopped)
Green chilli-3 or 4
Ginger paste-1 tsp
Garlic paste-1tsp
Tomatoes -2 (finely chopped)
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
cumin- 1/2 tsp
soya sauce-1 and 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
salt - 1/2 tsp
oil - 1 Tbsp
TIME- 15-20 min
SERVINGS-2 or 3 persons
METHODS-
Take a pan and heat oil .Then add cumin,ginger-garlic paste and brown it.then add onions(finely chopped) fry it 2 or 3 min .Then add tomatoes(finely chopped) and soya sauce,red chilli powder.Then add capsicum and finely mix all ingredients fry 2 or 3 min .Then add salt.cook for 5 to 10 min .And serve it garnish with coriander leaves.
