Take a bread slice. Apply butter on one side. On the other apply one tablespoon of tomato sauce and one tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix and spread evenly. Keep the bread slice on a non-stick fry pan (buttered side down). Place veggies of choice on the mayo-sauce side. Sprinkle grated cheese. Put on the gas. Take off when golden brown on the lower side or when cheese has melted on top. Serve hot with tomato sauce. Can be prepared plain also (without veggies-by sprinkling grated cheese directly all over on the bread smeared with mayo-sauce).
