Ingredients:
1 cup suji
1/2 cup sugar
4 cup water
2 cup ghee
Chopped nuts & kishmish for garnishing
Method:
1. Boil sugar with water till dissolved
2. Roast suji in ghee on slow fire till golden brown & remove from fire
3. Very carefully put the sugar syrup to suji, mixing continously to avoid forming lumps
4. Cook on medium heat till ghee leaves sides
5. Serve warm, garnished with chopped nuts & kishmish
