Stuffed Ladies Finger

Ingredients:          

Ladies finger (pick up small ones) -  250 gms
dhania powder - 100 gms
Sugar -  1 tsp
corriander leaves - 1/4 bowl
Green chilly and ginger paste
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
haldi powder - 1 tsp
gram powder - 1 tsp
oil
salt to taste

Method:

1. Mix  salt ,sugar ,dhania powder ,haldi ,corriander leaves (cut ),besan,two tsp of oil
2. Wash ladies finger and clean it with clean cloth
3. Cut little from up and end of ladies finger.
4. make little cut of on each ladies finger, fill up with the ready mixing
5. leave little of mixing aside
6. Take two spoon of oil in pan,let it go warm
7. put gas on slow
8. slowly put all ladies finger neatly ,sprinkle left mixing on it
9. close the lid for 5 minutes  (do not close lid for more time or water steam will make ladies finger watery.)
10. do not stir ,but stir the pan
11. Let it colour gets turn into brown.
12. eat with rotis
