Finely chop garlics - 15 to 20 pods. Clean and devine prawns (8-10). Heat 4tsp of oil. Add garlic, salt (as per taste), 1 tsp black pepper powder. Saute till garlic is soft and its aroma fills the air. Then add prawns. Let them cook for 2 minutes. Finally add 2-3 tsp of readymade schezwan stir fry sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes. Can be ser ved with rice or roti. Can be cooked within 8-10 minutes.
