Moong Dal Vada

Ingredients:

Moong dal - 250  gms
salt to taste
green chilly and ginger Paste
Baking soda - pinch
oil to fry

Method:

1. Soak moong dal for 3 hours
2. Grind the dal
3. Add salt, baking powder, paste of chilly and ginger
4. leave it for 10 mins.
5. Deep fry on slow gas.
6. Serve hot with date chutney
