1. 2 Cups whipped cream
2. 3oz dark chocolate or coffee flavoured chocolate.
3. 3 cups of cold coffee ( with extra tsp nescafe added )
4. 1 sml cocolate sponge.
5. 2tbsps castor sugar
Mix cream with grated dark chocolate and put it on a stove. Stir till chocolate has completely melted and is smooth and creamy. Leave it to cool. Break sponge cakes and arrange the pieces in the base of the serving dish. Dust it liberally with nescafe powder. You may add 4 tbsps of coffee liqueur at this stage ( its optional tho' ). Add castor sugar to the cream and pour it over the chocolate base. Chill in the fridge for 4-5 hrs before serving.
