Ingredients:
Green Corn - 2 Kg
Milk - 2 bowls
green chilly and ginger paste
salt to taste
lime
sugar 1 /2 tsp(optinal)
mustard seed and asfoetedia
Corriander leaves
grated coconut
2 tsp oil
Method:
1. Grate all corns after washing
2. take non-frying pan
3. Put oil to get it warm
4. make tadka of hing and mustard seeds
5. Put grated corn paste
6. add milk
7. cover with lid
8. stir after 10 minutes. (put it on slow gas)
9.let it get cooked
10. Add salt sugar paste of chilly+ginger,mix properly
11. Put cut corriander leaves (cut into very small pieces) grated coconut ,squeeze lime as required.
