Ingredients:
broken wheat (very small) - 1 bowl
Ghee - 1 spoon
dry fruits
cardomom
sugar - 3 tsp
wash broken wheat
Method:
1. Soak broken wheat in water for some time (15 mis)
2. add sugar and stir
3. mix dry fruits and cardomom
4. mix ghee
5. pressure cook(put lid on vessel in which you keep broken wheat )
6. serve. (not necesary to eat hot )
Many people use jaggery in place of sugar. This dish is made on celebration.
