For 2 Persons:

Ingredients:

Broken Rice - 1 Bowl
Moong Dal - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Whole Jeera - 2 tsp
Green Chilles - 3
Garlic - 4 (Optional)
Ginger Small Piece
Butter Milk - 1/2 bowl
Ghee - 1/4 tsp

Method:

1. Soak Moong Dal and broken rice after washing properly. Pressure cook. After three whistels, put off stove.
2. Make paste of chillies and garlic.
3. Heat pan add ghee, put the boiled item add salt, jeera, paste of chilly, ginger and add buttermilk (it should not contain butter). Add Garlic to it.
4. Rice should be turn into loose form.
5. Serve Hot. Very Good for sick people and for all of us.
