Ingredients:

Jowar Flour - 2 cups
Curd - 2 tsp
Garlic - 4
Ajwain - 2 tsp
Haldi Powder - 2tsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilly Powder - 2 tsp
Oil
Tendu leaves dried

Method:

1.make dough of jowar  flour  adding   salt   chilly powder   garlic flakes cut into pieces  curd
2.do not   add oil.
3. use flat tawa,put it on slow apply little oil on tawa.
4. Appy oil on tendu leave (  many parts of india used  flat plate and bowls knitting tendu leaves )
5. spread  dough  on the   leaf
6. Apply oil  on another leaf  and cover
7. let it go   redish
8. Do not turn leaf.
9. You can open up upper leaf.
10. when colour changes, serve hot.It tastes  good if its  taken after wards.
11.After sickness you will feel good taking this pan cake.
12.I remember when even steel plates were used in villages during occassions, tendu dishes and bowls were used.
13.many people earn from making bowls and plates of tendu leaves.Using such leaves, such as banana leaves and tendu leaves are eco-friendly. It is cottage industry     by which  we can give work to poor.It is answer to using  plastic.
