Having Shrikhand at the end of a good meal is so much fulfilling and it's so yummy that it's liked by everyone.And if Fruits are added to it then it's a good way to make kids eat healthy with this clever camouflage!


Ingredients
500ml milk
sugar to taste
150gm chopped fruits like grapes,pineapple,orange,sapota,mango,apple etc

Set the curd as usual and when it's fully set,chill it in the fridge for 1-2 hrs.
Now take this curds in a muslin cloth and hang it for 1hr or till all the water is drained from it.
Add sugar to taste and mix it with the thick waterless solid curds.
Now pass the sweetened curds through a sieve and using a blender,beat the mixture to smooth and fluffy consistency.
Add chopped seasonal fruits and some more sugar if required.
Mix well,chill and serve.
