Try out this lovely and easy fresh fruit caramel for this V-day and enjoy!
You need ( for 2 people)
Fresh fruits chopped 3 cups
(apples, banana, water melon,
musk melon, grapes and any
other of your choice}
Almonds (Blanched and cut into 1 tblsp
silvers)
Sugar 1 tblsp
Honey 1 tblsp
Any fruit juice 1 cup
Butter scotch ice cream 4 scoops
Chocolate ice cream 4 scoops
Chocolate sauce 4 tsp
Wafer biscuits 4
Mix the sugar and honey in a pan and heat over a low flame stirring continously till the sugar melts and blends with the honey.
Remove from heat, add the fruit juice and mix well.
Add this mixture to the chopped fruits and refrigerate till chill.
To serve
Take a little tall glass bowl, make a layer of the fruit mixture.
Place 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream, top with some almond silvers.
Next add another layers of the fruits.
Cover this with the butter scotch ice cream and top it up with the chocolate sauce.
Garnish with almond silvers and wafer biscuits.
Serve immediately.
