(Microwave Method)
Ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 2-3 tsp
Butter - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 2-3 tbsp
Milkmaid - 1/2 tin
Take Butter, milkmaid, sugar in a bowl. Beat it till bubbles appear. Add 1/2 cup lukewarm water in winters. Sieve maida, baking powder and cocoa powder. Add in the bowl little by little so that no lumps are formed. Mix well. Put it in a baking bowl. Microwave on high power for 4-5 min. Let it stand for another 2-3 minutes.
You can also add various dry fruits if you want the cake to be nutty. But avoid raisins or kishmish as they get burnt easily.
Children truly enjoy this yummy delight.
