Hello Neha at last i found how to edit this recipe. Hope it is ok now??

Ingredients.:

minced meat ( mutton, beef, chicken, pork .... your choice) about 250 to 500 gms

boiled potatoes 6 big for the 500gms mince and 3 big for the 250gms of mince
salt pepper to taste

mustard 2 tbsp,  corriander a small bunch, 1 tsp. red paprika or chillie powder

2 onions sliced fine , 2tsp. green chillie paste  2tsp. ginger/garlic paste. 3 tbsp. butter

1 egg and a 1/2 cup milk .

1/2  tblsp. worcestershire sauce, 2tblsps malk vinegar and 1tsp. sugar stirred in the vinegar to give the mince a bit of sweet sour touch.

method.:
boil the potatoes and mash while still hot and add the half cup milk , salt , pepper( to taste) and 1 green chilly chopped fine . Keep in a warm place.

in a skillet  add 1 tbsp. butter and saute the onions till transparent  add the minced meat and let it dry out . add the rest of the  ground  and powdered masalas & pastes and  stir till oil flows to top of the mince . take off the stove.
mix in the worcestershire sauce and vingegar and sugar .

take a baking dish and rub some frozen butter on it ... on the sides also .
layer with a thin spread of Mashed potatoes then the minced meat and then some more of the mashed potatoes.

In the final layer of the mashed potatoes beat up the egg and spread it evenly on top, keeping in mind that the sides of the baking tray or dish is clean or it will burn.

Finally just drizzle a palmful of  raw Semolina flour and pats of butter randomly and put to bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or till u find the top crust a light brown .
take out of the oven and when u reheat for dinner ..... just add some grated cheese and pop into oven  till cheese melts.

yumm yumm and a real family favourite..... i usually serve this with crunchy cabbage salad or russian salad and with thick wedges of bread slices.
