Ingredients:
Onion 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
groundnuts handfull
dry coconut quater
Cumin 2 tsp
coriander 2 tsp
Methi seeds 1tsp
Chilli powder 3 tsp
tumeric powder Pinch
Salt to taste
to cook:
oil 7tsp
curry leaves 2 to 3 stems
Tomatoes 2 small
green chillies 3
Bringals 6
Process:
1)First burn the onion on the stove ..then peel it off.
2)Then fry all the ingrideints except ginger garlic and last 3 items
3)we shud not over fry them just fry them till u get the nice aroma
4)grind the onion and all the fried items and add salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder to it
5)take a vessel put some oil in it add some curry leaves
6)Add bringals to it.cook the bringals in the oil till they r done by turning them other side after sometime
7)when the bringals turn into golden brown colour add the paste to it.
8)then cook it for some time.if u want a tangy taste u can add some tamarind paste to it and add water.
9)Then add half cut green chillies and half cut Tomatoes to it.
10)cook till the oil shows up the vessel.
