1.Take a icecream/dessert bowl.Put some crushed ginger biscuits and top this layer with some orange segments.
2.Then heap some whisked yoghurt/curd.You can also sweeten the curds with some honey or can add some colour to it by adding some saffron strands(soaked in cold milk for few minutes).
3.Then again continue with biscuits,fruit and curds.
