Ingredients:
Black Beans Papdi - 250 gms
Potato - 4
Sweet Potato - 2
Salt to taste
haldi powder - 2 tsp
ajwain crushed - 2 tsp
Method:
1. wash potatoes and sweet potatoes and black beans papdi take some water in pressure cooker warm it.
2. add haldi powder ,salt and ajwain
3. put all the vegeatables and give two whistles.
4. get it sizzle
5.open out.
It is very tasty. when I was young,we had it when we used to visit the village,where we belonged. It was made in mud water pot,put underground and fire was flamed under neath. You can use other vegetables of your choice.
